Reader Feedback: What Do You Want To See More Of?

August 10, 2007 | General

This blog is still pretty new (just a few weeks) and I’m still working on carving out it’s path and place in the blogging world. Since there is decent variety of post styles and topics, I thought now might be a good time ask you, the readers, what you would be most interested in? What would be of most benefit to you? What would you like to see me concentrate on going forward?

You can vote using the poll embedded below (RSS readers may need to click through to the site) or the one in the sidebar. I’ve set the poll up to allow up to 3 answers per voter. I will take these results and use it to determine the posting frequency of post topics.

Thanks for taking a moment to help shape the direction of this blog. I’ll keep the poll active for at least a few weeks to give as many readers the opportunity to weigh in.

I guess I’m the only vote for “Misc.” so far. I just think you need an occasional diversion, no matter what your main topic(s) is(are).

Agreed. I think the occasional “fun” diversion is good for the reader and the blogger. It’s kind of like a mini vacation.

What are you good at? I wouldn’t know what to vote for before I know what you’re good at :)

It’s interesting how many people have voted for general blogging topics. This is a topic I was worried was getting a bit repetitive on my blog, so I put a stop to it, but maybe I should do a poll to see what my visitors want.

I, personally, still love reading blogging tips.

As do I. Sometimes I think we get caught up in the idea that it has to be complicated and advanced to be worthwhile.
