How Much Time Do You Spend Blogging (AYR)?
Ask Your Readers (AYR) is new weekly series designed to help build trust with, as well as provide an opportunity to help get to know, your readers. Every week (more or less) I will pose a question here on Average Joe Blogger which you can then take back to your own blog if you wish. My goal is to provide an opportunity to share with our readers and vise versa. I will try to make these questions as open ended as possible (without right or wrong answers), in hopes it will encourage more response. Now on to this weeks question:
How much time do you spend blogging?
This blog is still basically a newborn, so for me it seems that I spend a great deal of time on this blog, whether it be writing, networking (which I could do a lot more of), promoting or just tweaking the layout.
I have a full time job, a family, a house, and a dog, so any extra time I have is limited. However, I would guess that I still manage to squeeze in 3 - 4 hours a day on this blog (maybe more on weekends). And most of that time is borrowed from something else, like sleep. Although, I try to set myself a limit: No blogging past 1AM.
So how much time do you spend on your blog a day/week? Do you set yourself a limit?
Ask Your Readers
Feel free to ask your readers this question on your blog. ‘Ask Your Readers’ is a great way for you to get to know your readers as well as letting them know a little about yourself.

3-4 hours thinking of posts, and reading other blogs!
In the same boat.
Yeah, I tried the “no blogging after 1 a.m.” thing too. Last night, I finished around 3:45 a.m.
Right now, I think I’m averaging maybe 5-6 hours a day on my blog or activities related to the blog. And, I have a full-time job too!
Blogging is hard work!
I tried to take out 2-3 hours/day for my blog but it’s hard to not miss some days. I have a job from noon until 9:30pm. Perhaps I should have the early bird living style and set up a schedule, blogging is hard work!!!
